Why We Expanded the Program
Demand for silicon carbide has grown sharply as manufacturers in electric-vehicle charging, solar, energy storage and power supplies look for high-efficiency, wide-bandgap devices. To meet that demand, BeiLuo has expanded its stocking program for genuine Navitas GeneSiC SiC MOSFETs and SiC Schottky MPS diodes across regional warehouses. The goal is simple: cut lead times for the fast-moving ratings that production lines depend on, and keep those parts available when customers need them.
What Is Now Stocked
The expanded program covers 1200 V SiC MOSFETs such as the 25 milliohm G3F25MT12J and the 40 milliohm G3F40MT12J in the TO-263-7 package, and SiC Schottky diodes including the 30 A GD30MPS12H in TO-247-2 and the 100 A GB2X50MPS12-227 in SOT-227. Together these devices serve on-board chargers, EV charging stages, solar inverters, energy-storage converters and high-frequency power supplies. Additional ratings are added as demand is confirmed, and allocation-sensitive high-current parts continue to be scheduled against customer forecasts.
What This Means for Customers
For design and production teams, in-stock devices shorten the gap between prototype validation and volume build. Instead of waiting on a long factory allocation, customers can pull mainstream SiC MOSFET and diode parts from regional inventory and keep projects on schedule. The program also supports sample quantities, so engineers can validate gate drive, loop inductance and thermal design before committing to production volumes.
Documentation With Every Order
Every shipment includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file, so customs clearance and quality audits stay straightforward. Buyers who audit suppliers will find the documentation complete and consistent, which reduces administrative friction in supply-chain reviews.
Backed by FAE Support
Stock alone is not enough; SiC devices must be applied correctly because their fast switching makes layout and gate drive critical. BeiLuo's FAE team supports device selection, gate-drive design, loop-inductance and layout review, and thermal validation, helping customers avoid the design mistakes that cost time and money. The team also runs loss comparisons and reviews measured waveforms so that recommendations rest on data rather than guesswork.
Supporting the Whole Design Cycle
From the first selection question to the final thermal sign-off, our engineers stay involved. Customers frequently ask which on-resistance fits their cost and efficiency target, whether a Kelvin-source package is worth it, and how to pair a SiC diode with a SiC MOSFET. Those questions are exactly what an experienced distributor should answer, and the expanded stocking program makes the answers actionable because the parts are on hand.
Reliability and Supply
SiC devices are long-life components, so customers need confidence in both the part and the supply. BeiLuo sources only through Navitas GeneSiC's authorized channel, keeps parts traceable to the factory lot, and confirms availability before an order is committed. That combination of authentic product and dependable supply is what turns a component purchase into a production decision the customer can rely on.
Supporting Design and Production
An expanded stock program is only useful if customers can apply the parts correctly, so BeiLuo pairs the inventory with engineering support. Our FAE team answers selection questions, reviews gate-drive and thermal designs, and helps customers compare a SiC MOSFET against a silicon alternative for a given application. That guidance shortens the path from a first prototype to a released product.
From Sample to Volume
The program supports sample quantities so engineers can validate a design before committing to volume, then scales to production quantities through supply agreements that lock pricing and availability against a forecast. A single distributor across SiC MOSFETs and diodes also simplifies billing and quality audits.
How to Request Stock
Customers can request current stock and lead time for any Navitas GeneSiC device through the contact page. Send the target model, the annual quantity and the application, and our team will confirm availability, pricing and any documentation you need. For allocation-sensitive parts, sharing a forecast early helps us reserve supply against your plan.
Looking Ahead
BeiLuo will continue to expand the Navitas GeneSiC program as demand grows, adding voltage classes and package options that customers need for new designs. The aim is to make genuine silicon carbide devices as easy to source as they are to design in, so efficiency improvements in chargers, solar, storage and supplies can move from prototype to production without a supply gap.
